But it’s the Dolphin defense that’s earned the complimentary booze and strippers today, as they held the Jags offense to only 217-total yards and just 10 points for the game. The Dolphin D was able to shake their recent craptastic fourth quarter play by bailing out the offense’s miscues time and again. The Dolphin D must also really fucking hate dudes with hyphenated names because they beat the crap out of the usually dominant Maurice Jones-Drew, holding him to 59 yards rushing, while delivering a donkeypunch to the sternum to up-and-coming receiver Mike Sims-Walker, holding him to just one catch for six yards. With 1:20 remaining and clinging to a four-point lead, Miami was able to stop Jacksonville on a key fourth-and-three and, to put an exclamation point on the proceedings, brought in pass rushing specialist Cameron Wake to seal the deal. Wake, if you haven’t noticed, has pretty much been ruining opposing quarterbacks’ shit all season. So, in order to specifically ruin Jack …

Drug dealers, prostitutes, homeless junkies — Ludlow Street was not a pretty place when Max Fish first opened in 1989.
The very same can now be said of NE 14th Street in Miami, where a new Max Fish opened this month as part of the Art Basel celebrations.
While the Lower East Side has transformed into a gentrified playground, the Overtown neighborhood home of the new Max Fish has a long, long way to go. Yet that hasn’t stopped thousands of art and booze fans from descending on the new location. If anything, the dangerous surroundings make it a more authentic Max Fish experience.
“The concept was always more art project than actual bar,” says Al Moran, co-founder of the Miami art gallery Ohwow. “In an ideal world, we were hoping to break even on the space. But our experience has been beyond ideal. Every night is over capacity.”

Nevada brothel aims to offer 1st male prostitutes
…
LAS VEGAS — The owner of a brothel more than two hours’ drive from Las Vegas said she hopes to hire Nevada’s first legal male prostitutes within a month, now that state health officials have approved a method to test men for infectious diseases.
…
For more than 25 years, no licensed female prostitute in Nevada has contracted HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, said George Flint, a Reno wedding chapel owner and longtime lobbyist for the Nevada Brothel Owners Association.
…
Flint said he feared the idea of male prostitutes serving male clients could spur a legislative backlash. He said he works to make the brothel industry socially acceptable to both libertarians and conservatives.

And Holly’s lawyer said he had no knowledge of the fetish flick star working for Braun.
Braun said her girls told her Woods was “wild and a lot of fun”.
She added: “He liked girl-on-girl. He had sex with them together. He was tough to keep up with – days at a time on a booze and sex bender.”
Braun claimed Woods called her from different cities to organise girls.
She said: “He had a pretty big appetite for girls. Never just one girl. He would want to set up a whole weekend of partying and have ten or 15 girls 24/7.
…
Last month Braun was sentenced to three years’ probation for money laundering and transporting a prostitute over state lines.

North Bay Village settles lawsuit with strip club company
…
According to both sides, North Bay Village recently agreed to pay $28,000 to Pathfinder LLC, which dropped plans to open a high-end waterfront strip club inside the city.
…
The Miami-based company filed a federal lawsuit against the city in April demanding the city change an outdated 1964 city ordinance prohibiting entertainment labeled as “burlesque, girlesque, strip tease, or exotic.”
…
Commissioners then replaced that ordinance with one that narrowly restricts where strip clubs can operate within the city’s small islands, limiting potential real estate ventures to the secluded north end of Broadcast Key, currently home to WSVN-Fox 7.
The new ordinance prohibits strip clubs from operating within 500 feet of any residential area, school, religious facility, public park, public playground, day care center, nursery, hotel or motel — restrictions similar to those used to prohibit where registered sex offenders may reside.
